Current Openings:

PRN EMT-Basic

Keokuk County Health Center Ambulance Department has an opening for a PRN EMT-Basic.  Variable PRN schedule to include Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays and On-Call.  Shifts will be 12-hour or 24-hour dependent upon need.  Current BLS and Iowa EMS certification of EMT-B is required.  Must obtain chauffeurs license within three months of hire.

Part Time Registered Nurse

Keokuk County Health Center has a Part Time opening for a Registered Nurse, 24 hours per week.  Hours would consist of 7pm to 7am, includes one shift every other weekend.  Emergency Room experience a plus. Must be a licensed RN in Iowa and have excellent customer services skills.  

Part Time Direct Care Worker

Keokuk County Health Center has a Part Time opening for a Direct Care Worker, average 26 hours per week. Day Shift of every other weekend.  Will provide direct and indirect care activities under the supervision of a registered nurse.  Will assist patients with ADL’s, provide personal cares, comfort and assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment.  Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in State of Iowa.  BLS certification required.
